You are about to take the first step in determining your eligibility for the Improved Pension, Aid and Attendance Benefit offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs. We will personally do everything possible to help you understand if you qualify and if you do, we will assist you with the application process and work on your behalf until the benefits are awarded!

Quick Prequalification for the VA Aid and Attendance Benefit

You must answer yes to all the following to qualify

  • Do you need the help of another person on a regular basis?
  • Medical expenses as it relates to income. This can be complicated; your advocate will help with this.
  • Resources available to Veteran/Claimant. Not including your home, do all your assets total less than $130,000?
  • Did you or your husband serve active duty for at least 90 consecutive days, of which at least 1 day was during a qualifying war time period? Must have an Honorable or Medical discharge. If your service was with the National Guard, please ask your advocate for help as qualifications vary.

Vietnam I (in country) - 02/28/1961 - 08/05/1964
Vietnam II - 08/05/1964 - 05/07/1975
Mideast Conflicts - 08/20/1990 - Present
